Submission Rules & Publication

Author(s) are invited to submit their original and unpublished research work in MS Word format to AMFESD-2026. Simultaneous submissions of manuscripts already submitted to other conferences or journals are strictly not permitted. All submissions must strictly adhere to the prescribed conference paper template available on the conference website. Selected papers that are registered and presented at the conference will be considered for publication as book chapters / proceedings with reputed publishers in collaboration with recognized academic partners. Papers not selected for the primary publication venue may be considered for publication in the Conference Proceedings with an ISBN, subject to the author’s consent, at no additional cost. Alternatively, authors may opt for publication in other journals listed on the conference website, where applicable publication charges shall be borne by the authors as per the selected journal’s policy.

Authors are required to submit their abstracts by online, clearly mentioning the Paper ID in the subject line

All submitted manuscripts will undergo a plagiarism check followed by a peer-review process conducted by the Technical Review Committee. Authors must revise their manuscripts in accordance with the reviewers’ comments to qualify for final acceptance and publication. Strict adherence to submission guidelines and ethical standards is mandatory.
