Matrusri Education Society was founded in 1980 by a group of visionaries and philanthropists such as Arshadharmasri Late Sri. Maturi Venkata Subba Rao as Founder Secretary. The Society first established MVSR Engineering College in 1981 which is now located at Nadergul, RR Dist. TS. About MVSR Engineering College
MVSR Engineering College, sponsored by the Matrusri Education Society, was established in 1981 and functions as an autonomous institution under Osmania University, Telangana. The college offers B.E. programs in Civil, Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Computer Science and allied specializations, Automobile, and Information Technology, along with M.E. programs in Civil, Mechanical, CSE, and ECE, and an MBA program. Approved by AICTE, the institute is accredited by NAAC, with several B.E. programs accredited multiple times by NBA, and holds ISO 9001:2015 certification.
About Civil Engineering Department
The Department of Civil Engineering at MVSR Engineering College, established in 1981, offers B.E. Civil Engineering (60 intake) and M.E. Structural Engineering (18 intake) programs. The department is equipped with modern laboratories covering structural, geotechnical, transportation, environmental engineering, surveying, and computer applications. With a team of highly qualified faculty actively involved in teaching, research, and consultancy, the department has achieved consistent academic excellence, strong placement performance, NBA accreditation, and active collaborations with organizations such as GHMC, HRDCL, NHAI, and ISRO.
About AMFESD
MVSR Engineering College, Hyderabad, invites academicians, researchers, industry experts, and students to participate in the 1st International Conference on Advanced Materials and Future-Ready Engineering for Sustainable Development (AMFESD–2026). The conference aims to provide an international forum for presenting and discussing recent innovations in sustainable materials, smart infrastructure, and AI/ML-enabled civil engineering solutions.
The conference will bring together participants from academia, R&D organizations, and industry to deliberate on emerging technologies, practical challenges, and sustainable engineering practices in areas such as advanced construction materials, intelligent transportation systems, and data-driven infrastructure development. Students and research scholars (PhD, Master’s, and Bachelor’s levels) are encouraged to present their work through oral and poster sessions, with Best Paper and Best Poster Awards recognizing excellence.
